I walked in at opening time to request a manicure. I was told the tech arrived at 3 hours later and to come back before that as they offer first come first serve. Doable as I had a 4.5 hr layover at ORD. I returned 30 min before the tech arrived and only then was told that they booked an appointment and nothing was available until after my flight left. I am shocked by this terrible planning and lack of appointment offerings. I was never offered an appointment time, as I was told they only do “first come first serve”. What terrible planning and service, especially when I had ample time to book an appointment. Manage your calendar better. Very disappointing.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityNatalya is so very sweet and she works very hard! She took her time and gave me the best pedi I’ve ever had❤️ She scrubbed all of the dead skin off my feet and put some real effort into it! I have never had such a lovely spa experience. Please give her a big raise or something!!!

Extremely disappointed in my experience at this spa today. I made an appointment giving the attendants ample time to fit me in on my 4 hour layover. They had my number if something changed. I showed up 7 minutes before my scheduled time they gave me and then somehow couldn’t fit me in anymore. Very frustrating. I’m pregnant and was looking forward to my pedi as a treat to myself. In the future they could do their clients a favor and text or call if something changes so they don’t go walking needlessly through it the airport for their anticipated service not to be rendered.

I came on my layover and was told to come back in 30 minutes for a mani/pedi. I returned as told and waited about an hour. By the time Dora was able to see me, I only had time to have her remove my existing gel polish before I had to head to my gate. I think Dora was great and she did the best she could to get to me quickly. I just wish the woman who checked me in would have been more accurate when she told me how long it would be. I would have spent my time elsewhere had I known it would be so long and that I’d be leaving with no polish on instead of twinkle toes.

received a 15-minute Swedish during a layover. They were able to accommodate me right away and I left feeling the release of so much tension in my upper body, more so than most 50 min massages I’ve had. My masseuse Anthony took his time and was very intentional with his movements. Great pressure and I could feel his focus and energy transfer to my body. Highly recommend if you’re feeling the physical effects of traveling and will be stopping here in the future when I can.
