Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueBrian did a great job and the pedicures here are amazing! Super clean and professional environment. He even kept making sure to check in with me to get my approval and if something needed to be adjusted or changed he didn’t mind. That is rare to find in a nail technician. He didn’t make me feel rushed and took his time to make sure my experience was top notch! This was my second time here because the quality of my first nails lasted longer than I expected. Due to my job I have to keep my nails short and Brian made sure to make them shine! Thank you so much. Brian did a great job and the pedicures here are amazing! Super clean and professional environment. He even kept making sure to check in with me to get my approval and if something needed to be adjusted or changed he didn’t mind. That is rare to find in a nail technician. I can be a little random sometimes (most of the time I make an appointment, but sometimes I just show up, most of the time I want dip, but sometimes I want shellac, most of the time I want just nails and toes, but sometimes I want waxing) but they always accommodate me. I’m sorry to hear that other clients have been rushed or their services have been inadequate, because I have never had that experience. I really like this place and don’t need to go anywhere else!EDIT NOV 2022: I’m so sorry to say that the quality has sharply declined recently. They botched my last set of dip nails and when I brought it to their attention (politely!) they said because it had already started to grow out that it more or less didn’t matter how low the quality was and if they wanted me to fix it they were going to charge me full price for a full set. Excuse me? I can be a little random sometimes (most of the time I make an appointment, but sometimes I just show up, most of the time I want dip, but sometimes I want shellac, most of the time I want just nails and toes, but sometimes I want waxing) but they always accommodate me.
