Teddy’s Barbershop owner and master barber, Justin Benson, was tired of seeing barbershop culture disappear. So, he decided to foster a traditional barbershop with an atmosphere reminiscent of the early 20th century. His goal was to bring back the authentic and masculine barbershop where people can feel at home. His clients can come in, get a superbly tailored hairstyle, and on the weekends, join in with the colorful characters, conversations, debates or jokes. Teddy’s Barbershop has become the intersection of style and community, clean cuts and clean living.

I went for a walk in haircut and had to wait about a half hour. They took appointments first which is fair. Both people were super friendly and professional. I saw why they had such a good rating as they took their time with each customer and gave them a great haircut. They are professionals and from watching them they can give any cut you want from the latest modern to a standard, even a “high and tight “. I can 100% satisfied with the place.

They’re pretty good at what they do, but they’re by no means the best. They manage to keep their prices on the lower end ($16-20+tip for a men’s cut iirc) and bang for buck are in the top 3 best I’ve found for men’s cuts without going to Nashua or Manchester (TC’s Cuts being the best). Though depending on who you get and how chatty they are, you may not get a very good cut with either too much taken off, the completely wrong style of cut from what you asked for (haven’t gotten a good medium taper fade yet), they miss a bunch of spots, or similar.

We first visited Teddy’s when my toddler was almost 1.5 years old and had his first haircut with Justin, which was a fantastic experience. We made the mistake of going to a quick cut place when we were in a pinch and couldn’t get an appt at Teddy’s, but will never look back! They are a great, family oriented barbershop. Everyone is friendly (including other patrons!). My toddler loves his visits to Justin (and looks most forward to his lollipop when he’s finished!). Justin is great with young kids and very patient when they’re fidgeting.

Went here a few times to get a haircut and wasn’t all that impressed. I had my hair cut by a women who was learning. I understand everyone needs to learn but I would be nice to know before hand. Another women had to fix my haircut. Overall I got 3 haircuts from here and they were ok. The price is good. If you want a more in-depth haircut then The Shop right next store is the way to go. If you want a quick buzz then this place will do.

Online appointments are the way to go! Tara gave me an excellent high fade and it was surprisingly quick considering how great it came out. She was really nice to talk to and made me feel really comfortable, especially at the end when she asked how it looked. Sometimes people tell me the haircut is done and I don’t want to ask them to cut off more in the front but Tara was super nice about it and I really appreciated her approach! I’ll be going back again because she did a great job and it’s in such a cute place I love driving up there.

This is the best Barber Shop hands down. I bring my boys all the time. We see Justin who does a phenomenal job. He is friendly and super funny. All of them are very nice. I highly recommend Teddy’s!
