Great service! I had a tough time choosing between this spa and serenity in the mountains. I ultimately chose this one because saw some bad reviews for the other having mean staff. This place did not disappoint. They put my friend and I in the same room for facials and massages and everything was lovely. Not too talkative which we were appreciative of. Only negative I can comment on was the temperature in the room could’ve been a bit cooler, but we did visit in the middle of July so I won’t fault them for that! Will be back soon!

I cannot say enough good things about this spa! I was in Blue Ridge for a girls weekend and booked a signature facial and an 80 minute massage. Soooooooooooooooooo relaxing and it was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had — and I’ve had a lot of massages! The staff was so welcoming and awesome. I’m planning another weekend in Blue Ridge in December and will book again. Teatree’s is perfectly located in downtown Blue Ridge — no car needed! We walked to the spa and enjoyed some zen time in between shopping and lunch. Just a perfect experience all the way around — 5 stars!

I pulled into the parking lot because my car was overheating, and was even going to shop around inside while I was waiting for it to cool down, but before I even got fully out of my door there was a woman telling me that she was going to call the cops on me. I honestly tried my best to explain the situation but she kept talking over me saying she was about to call the police. I can’t speak to anything they sell inside, but the people who work there are rude and rotten for sure. Like honestly I’m not sure why you’re yelling at me before I’ve even gotten out of my car? Seems like bad business practices.
