I haven’t been to city nails in years even after the fight on social media but one thing I don’t play accuracy and the sign says 5 PM and it’s 355pm. It would not have been an issue had I not chose to come all away and drive the distance for them specifically now I have to find another shop that is still open unacceptable

The WORST PLACE TO COME TO!!! From the edges the nail polish and they have no care in COVID REGULATION!!!! They have no sense of what nails are about and design !!! Horrible place I drove an hour away because of a person telling me about this place being good and I am horrified of the experience they have no fear of protection or disinfecting anything I had to get up and just pray that I didn’t catch anything from this place!!! Terrible place and experience!!! They are lucky I have to put a star to post my review but they don’t deserve even that!!!!!

This place is the worst Nail salon I have ever been too. Let’s start with the old guy in the striped shirt, if he offers to do anything for you RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, he should not be there at all. The staff is rude and very selective. If they don’t know you they don’t care. This is some where you take a person you do not like, at all!! So if this is your last minute choice, take another minute and find some where else to spend your money. I give there service and professionalism two thumbs down. Not only did the manager, I guess that’s who he was , didn’t even acknowledge the fact that myself and other customers were not satisfied with the services his employees provided, he didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation. I give this place a negative 5 stars at least 3 times over.

I dislike giving bad reviews but I have had it with this place! To be honest, there is about 4 good technicians there. The lady I had today gave poor customer service and was very careless with my hands and pulling them towards her. I sat for 10mins for the polish to dry but she had put so much that it really didn’t dry as fast. So, as I was removing the thick and dried acrylics from under my fingers, my nails are ruined. Im sorry but I refuse to return. I paid $30 for this.

The first few times were good but after I made it known that he was my go to artist, quality started deteriorating for both me and my daughter. Our nails would become loose after merely one week.I will find a new nail salon.

Zero stars … worst place I’ve been to . I usually go to another spot but I was on this side of town… I got the most basic services and they did horrrible! I got a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows done…. she rushed each service even though I was the first and only customer this morning. My nails literally look like a 6 year old painted them… so terrible I’m headed home to repaint them myself…they got paint all on the skin around my nails. She “did” my eyebrows but when I got in my car and looked in the mirror there was still a lot of hair left on the places where she put wax… and that’s because she was RUSHING. Will never return.
