I just want to say Jazmine is a very sweet lady. I went in there with black roots and previously color hair (Green) I went in for baby lights to get my blonde back which turned into a disaster. I went in at 1:30pm left at 9pm she put baby lights all over which technically was bleaching my whole head not sure why she just didn’t use bigger pieces? I wish I would of asked her to do a strand test first. I paid over $400 and left with my hair 4 different colors. Mostly Red my scalp has scabs worst money I’ve ever spent!! I gave her 2 stars because she worked really hard and was awesome to my son and has a great personality! Hopefully I can fix this with a bleach bath and some green toner!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTwo other bridesmaids and I (also a bridesmaid) had are hair and makeup done by Eric. He was super easy going and nice. All of our hair and makeup turned out great. The makeup and hair stayed in place all day and night. I would highly recommend.

My stylist is Jasmin. She has been doing my hair about 6 years. She does a great job. She personable, professional and knowledgeable. Tease is a nice, clean salon. I would recommend Tease and definitely Jasmin to anyone.

I dont usually write reviews but this needs to be public knowledge so no one else calls off three days of work for half a job. Tease itself might be an okay establishment but the stylist Karina Lumbreras is not someone you should go to. She cancels appointments literally hours prior based on lies she dry snitches on herself to her other coworkers about. When she finally came in she was late and made me wait longer while she did her laundry next door and got snacks. She canceled on me three times for no other reason than she doesn’t have her life together and cant uphold her obligations.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREMy girlfriend set up an appointment here for a color and treatment. Took a day off work for it, and the stylist rescheduled at the last minute. So she took another day off work for the rescheduled appointment. Payed $200 for the dye and treatment (an expected price) but it wasn’t finished. The stylist said she had more appointments and to come in the next day to have it finished. So she took off another day of work. Again, the stylist cancelled last minute. When she called them, they told her they cant do it without another $55 treatment. So she said that’s fine, I’ll pay it. And then the stylist said, oh well, actually I cant book you for another week. When she complained, this is rediculous, she already missed work several times, payed over $200 for half a job and didnt even get the color she asked for, the stylist said shes not going to finish the job at all.This is absolutely unacceptable TEASE!Totally unprofessional. The dye job as is could have been achieved with a $5 box of walmart dye.I cant find enough negative words to describe this experience. Go literally anywhere else. Do not spend your money here. Youd be better off buying dye from walmart and doing it yourself. If you need a salon, choose another one. I certainly wish I had. And I feel bad because I found this place, thought it looked good, and was highly rated, so I called and set up the initial appointment. Disappointed does not even begin to describe how I feel about this place. Totally unacceptable. Very unprofessional. A complete waste of both alot of time and money. Save yourself the trouble of having a similar experience, or god forbid an even worse one and just go somewhere else. If we find a proper salon that actually gets the job done, I’ll post an update or another review with a recommendation for that place.
