Would give zero stars if there was a option! Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My toe got infected because the lady claimed I had a ingrown nail which I did not. In fact I was in so much pain from her digging at nothing. Then cut me on my other toe so now I had two infected toes. They messed up my niece nails 3 times then cut her on her finger. When we finally got home after all that torture we found that none of my niece nails matched in length. THIS THE WORST PLACE I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

Disappointed. The ladies certainly treat you as their doing you a favor as opposed to offering a service. The prices did go up although the quality of service went down. Very rushed and expensive. The location is very convenient but Very disappointing in regards to quality and care. My family and I are not “regulars” due to all of this. However It Is a clean salon. CHANGING MY REVIEW TO ONE STAR-I called after receiving a text and email in response to my review and all of a sudden there was a language barrier when there had been no language barrier. I quickly realized the apologies for the rushed not so good service was just an automatic response to not so good reviews. Will not be returning. Quality and good value are not found here.

The nail has never looked so healthy. Also the foot and leg massage was amazing!!!! I didn’t feel rushed and felt very pampered. Thank you Kelly for such an enjoyable pedicure!!! I’ve been a customer of City Nails since 2007 and have been very pleased with the services received. These ladies are very polite and eager to ensure the customer is satisfied, happy and returns. I think Kelly and team are outstanding and wouldn’t let just anyone touch my nails. The salon is clean and up to date. Give them a try, I’m confident you would be pleased as well.

When we set for 5, it means that we would like to start all at the same time. When we arrived, there were only 4 employees there and 2 were busy. All of us got started on different times. The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Sunday, March 31 My aunt and I went there to get our nails done, of course. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job, she got my leggings wet, she ripped a chunk of my skin in my big toe and apparently saying it’s an “ingrown toenail with skin that’s been surrounding it” and she made me bleed so much! And she put this weird blue liquid in my toe and she was gonna put nail glue in my toe! And I told her not to, and pretty sure she got mad. But doesn’t matter. I told her to not paint my nails because it was going to burn my toe and probably get infected. She still charged me 24$ even though she made me bleed. So now, it’s wednesday, and my toe is infected thanks to her. I will be going to the doctors tomorrow! I’m trying to figure out how to post a picture of my toe, but I’m not sure if it’s allowed. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!

I’m giving this rating 2 stars instead the 1 that it deserves because I had two people working on my mani-pedi yesterday. The young girl who did my pedi did a great job and had great customer service. The other woman that was doing my mani however did a really bad job. The paint was uneven, she got polish along the outside of the nail and she shaped my middle finger crooked. When I told her this she argued with me saying it’s because my finger was already crooked. Smh I’ve had manis done before and I know that if you shape it right then it doesn’t matter if the nail is crooked. I won’t be going in there again especially not to see that same lady. Worst experience ever!
