I saw Kerry and had been satisfied until COVID-19. When I arrived for my appointment in the Summer of 2020, I was the only one wearing a mask. Neither stylist or customer were wearing a mask. I didn’t walk out or make a scene, but I was upset. A very good friend referred me and I was embarrassed to walk out. I endured the uncomfortable feelings, paid and left. I won’t return.
