I have been going here almost 2 months faithfully every two weeks. Yesterday I called and made an appointment for 5 but was told to come at 430. Driving there is about 40 miles from my home. My children and I arrived on time told to sit on the couch because all the chairs were filled. After two chairs became available instead of being offered a chair and choices of design we were ignored. In walks two white women who had a 5pm appointment that were immediately seated and given nail selections BEFORE my children and I. Once I seen what was happening I got up to leave but was told donot worry we will get to you or come back tomorrow. No I will NOT be returning. I guess our brown skin and tips are only good enough when there are not white women BEHIND our scheduled appointment. Thank you for your service will no longer be coming here.

They offered to stay late to do pedicures for my niece and I, as I was traveling from out of state and got delayed in traffic. They were patient, so sweet with a 5 year old (who kept smudging her nails) and offered to paint her nails for free for her birthday. They went above and beyond, stayed an hour after closing, displayed exceptional customer service and I was very impressed from start to finish! We will be returning.

It’s a family owned business, their kids go to Tamarac, and they remember their customers. They’re always nice and if they make a mistake, they will correct it. I have never had to make an appointment, but I also go at unpopular times. Very kid friendly.
