I have never experienced anything close to this behavior and have been going to this location for almost two year. As far as upselling, this is a retail business so if you consider telling you about when they have sales etc is upselling, well it’s what businesses do. I have never been pressured to buy anything. The staff has always been professional, and the beds are clean and well maintained. My most recent experience, I left a very expensive ring in one of the rooms and several days later when I could not find it, I called the store and Isabella had found the ring and turned it in she just wasn’t sure who it belonged to. I am really shocked to see reviews about the lack of professionalism and rudeness. I have never experienced anything close to this behavior and have been going to this location for almost two year. Critical: ProfessionalismDeceptive pricing… what I was told I would pay monthly was not at all what I’m being billed per month. I am not happy with the service I got when I signed up here. Would be nice if they mentioned the additional costs when you first sign up for people who don’t know much about tanning. I despise deceptive selling like they used here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI signed a year membership and my membership ended in February of 2020. I went in and told them when it was time for my contract to end that I wanted it to be cancelled and that I did not want to continue paying after my year was up. I have been charged for 4 months after my contract was suppose to end. So I called the customer service line and they told me sense there is no proof that I told them to cancel it way back in January that they will not refund my money.
