Critical: QualityI went here to get my nails done as a treat to myself, and despite the atmosphere of the little shop was pleasing my experience wasn’t. My acrylic nails cost me 55 dollars. And not only were they way to long but they are just poorly done and obviously rushed. I wanted to like this place, I really did but the quality of the nails as well as detail are awful. I wanted a matte black with a shiny tip. The matte doesn’t even go all the way to my cuticle. And the shiny tips are so sloppy and uneven. I am very disappointed. I went here to get my nails done as a treat to myself, and despite the atmosphere of the little shop was pleasing my experience wasn’t. My acrylic nails cost me 55 dollars. And not only were they way to long but they are just poorly done and obviously rushed. I wanted to like this place, I really did but the quality of the nails as well as detail are awful. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in and asked the lady at the front desk if she would be able to do this set of nails as pictured if not I was going to get something else with no designs. She assured it me she could do it so we continued the process. As you can see pictured they look nothing alike. The shape is off, theyre bumpy, the design looks awful, the color is off. (I asked for them shorter for work so that I understand) I have a lot of anxiety so when I left I headed to work and I messaged their Facebook the next day asking for them to be fixed or to get a refund and they didn’t respond. So the next day being today I called and the man who put the nails on was screaming at me, being extremely disrespectful and then hung up on me. I called back and he started screaming again and said he was busy. He then proceeded to put his customer on the phone trying to have her play middle man which I just thought was odd so I got off the phone and said I would come in. When I got there he screamed at me again the entire time, cussed at me, and belittled me refusing any sort of compensation. He had mentioned he would have the girl that painted them redo the paint but not fix the nail shape. (She already did a bad job once why would I want her again?) The nails started pulling at my natural nails and were hurting so I soaked them off and because of that he refused even a refund. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had any of these issues. He then called the cops who said it was a civil matter and needed to be handled in court but reminded me to leave a Google review. Not only did they do a terrible job on my nails their customer service skills are even worse. I paid $65 for absolutely nothing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve had 2 experiences at this place and the bad far outweighs the good. I went in a few weeks back and got my first pedicure which was great. However I went in today for acrylic nails which I have had before. It was very uncomfortable walking in they just stared at me no greeting at all. There were only two customers in the shop when I arrived since I arrived at opening yet I still sat and waited almost an hr for them to get started. I feel like they rushed through the application process. Some of the nails are pointing upward off my fingers and all the nails are too thick. Also the sides and ends are not painted. I’ve had 2 experiences at this place and the bad far outweighs the good. I went in a few weeks back and got my first pedicure which was great. However I went in today for acrylic nails which I have had before. It was very uncomfortable walking in they just stared at me no greeting at all.
