New to the area so gave this place a try.

Critical: QualityWent here for a manicure with my two girls. Made appointments. When I think of getting a good manicure, I assumed it would take 30-40 minutes. Nope. Mine was done within 10 and my daughter (she’s 13) was done even quicker. Very little massage done and polish was sloppily applied, much of it on my skin. When I asked if my daughter could get nail art done on one nail (a flower) we were told no. Afterwards she showed me her finger…the nail tech made her finger bleed at the cuticle and he painted on top of it! Went here for a manicure with my two girls. Made appointments. When I think of getting a good manicure, I assumed it would take 30-40 minutes. Nope. Mine was done within 10 and my daughter (she’s 13) was done even quicker. Very little massage done and polish was sloppily applied, much of it on my skin. The salon is very clean but I was completely disappointed with the service and customer care. My technician was very rude right off the bat which was disappointing since I was really looking forward to some relaxation away from the kiddos plus I had a business trip to prepare for. Not only did he make me feel unwanted but the quality of service was the worst I have ever experienced. He spent 20 minutes total on my pedicure which included almost no exfoliation an application of lotion with non existent massage. My cuticles were not cut during my pedicure or gel manicure and the polish and gel was left all over my skin. When I asked as nicely as possible for him to clean up the polish a bit he used his finger nails instead of a polish brush.
