Today was a unnecessary wait time as soon as I walked in. I waited for at least 35 min before being seen due to one of the stylists having a meeting w the manager. The manager at that point should have elected to reschedule or close the meeting so the stylist wouldn’t leave the other stylist hanging with at least 8 walk-ins. We were all patient but that put unnecessary stress on Alexis. Alexis was 5 stars but management made it a show.

When it came to my side burns and hair line on back of head though, my side burn was almost an entire inch higher on one side than the other and the back is not even close to professional looking let alone straight. Been bringing my sons here for 9 years and never had a bad haircut…until today. Same person gave both of them the worst haircut they’ve had in their entire lives and basically laughed it off to their faces. Lesson learned – I shouldn’t have let her cut my younger son’s hair after she didn’t listen to anything the older one asked.
