Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy first time there and I am obsessed with my nails! The girl I had did an amazing job, I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. They started as soon as I walked in the door. Pretty sure price was very normal as well, this is an ombré dip manicure.

The staff is so kind and personable, they also do a really good job on the nails everytime! Their prices are the best in the area as well, I am always pleased when I go here and I never leave feeling disappointed <3Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely do not recommend going here.I called ahead and was quoted the following:$17 regular fill (Acrylics)$10 to change color on toes.My appointment time was at 2:30 on a Sat.They were 100% empty- I was the only person there.Should of been a indication for me.I once again confirmed price…My nails were going just fine and I was really happy with the fact that she took the time to make the shape pretty decent.The problem came when I realize she was not taking the time to reshape the edges of my nails which were really crooked and I pointed out to her hoping she would take the clue.Another problem happened when she started to paint my nails and the polish was very lumpy / uneven, a lot of the nails also had specs similar to bubbles.I nicely pointed it out when she finished the first hand but she continued so I just waited.After she was two hands and almost 2coats in I stopped her and pointed all of the problems out again, blaming it on the fact that the nail polish probably needed thinning. She ignored me!At this point I’m determined not to leave the nail salon with jacked up nails so I told her this color is not gonna work, I’m sorry I guess I can just pick a new one. ( hoping she would thin the one I already had!!!!)Anyway, I picked a different color but much to my surprise she just started painting over her what was already on my nails! The second Polish worked perfectly fine although it’s still not a very good texture and there are several lumps and uneven spots .In the end, she had painted about four of my cuticle beds which was OK because I thought she was going to clean it up… BUT I WAS WRONG So I’m thinking I may give them a second try since most of the problem came from the polish. Maybe next time I’ll get a different person and have a great experience, right?WRONG because when it was time to check out they tried to charge me $32 instead of $22!!!!!!!I asked why and she still wasn’t able to explain but this is what she said :Nails fill $17Nail trim $2Nail highlight color $2 (wasn’t specified while doing, I wouldn’t of paid for glittery polish on 2 nails.)$5 to take off toe polish.=27 Since I had called them out she said oh well only charge you $30 …So I said fine and left with my half lumpy, half cleaned up nails.
