Mr Jimmy and Becky are amazing. I highly recommend this place for nails. My acrylic nails are always perfect and my toes come out amazing. I recommend the spa pedicure option which is slightly more expensive but it is so worth it.

I came here a couple days ago with my mom. This is our first time here and the gentleman who did my nails seemed so bothered that we walked in. Didn’t even care to take out his AirPod. My nails look horrible. My mother and I didn’t feel welcome at all. He didn’t talk to either of us. He seemed more interested in the two customers who came in half way through my session with this gentleman. Never again will I come to this Nail salon

Only place I get my nails done. Appointments come first so be sure to reserve your time and your wait will be short or none at all. They have a lot of color options on both regular and gel. Owners are so sweet and nail techs are awesome too. I highly recommend Tom and Natalie. Thankful to have found a GOOD nail place.

I just went to this place today for the first time. I am not one to get manicure and pedicure. Today I made myself go and after visiting three places I ended up giving this place a chance. I wanted a regular manicure and pedicure, and was assigned someone random. I was sitting beside a lady who was getting her manicure and it looked like the person doing it was doing a great job. After having my hands in warm water and cutting a little of the cuticle, when I saw the man was going to start painting my nails, I told him I needed him to cut my nails. He said they were short already, but I told him that’s what I wanted. I guess that when he started painting my nails and saw that he did not soften or cut the sides of my nails (I pick on them), I asked him if he was going to leave them like that. He scoffed and said yes. I felt livid and was trying to get the person in charge to explain to me what I was paying for. When I guess he was done because he told me to go dry my nails, I was ready to leave. I went to the front desk and asked if the manicure only included painting my nails and not making my hands look softer. I showed him my rough sides. He apologized, called the guy and they both spoke in another language. After that he said that the person who did my nails would fix them. At that point I was so upset I wanted to leave already. I told Lorena (the girl who did the manicure for the girl sitting next to me) that I didn’t want to be difficult but I was not happy with my hands, and wanted to know if my feet were going to be the same. I showed her my hands and said that I could paint my nails because otherwise my hand looked the same as it was. She said that maybe the front desk (manager) could approve that I have them redone. I guess he didn’t because I didn’t get them re done. When she was almost done with my feet (she was really good), the guy who did my nails came with a cuticle copper, cut one little rough side of my left thumb and that was it. I feel embarrassed and made fun of. I do not recommend this place. They do not do a good job and they are rude, except for Lorena.

Went here for about 3 months, service was good at first, but as time went on it was taking longer and longer per appointment because I was being shuffled between multiple people so the employees could get other customers in. On two occasions I relayed a 2 hour window and was assumed my fill and pedi could be accommodated, but they ran over both times making me late for other appointments. Today I called in at 12pm to make an appointment for a fill, was assured I could be accommodated but to come as close to 6 as possible. Called at 6pm and was told I would have to wait 20 minutes, showed up to salon at 635, was told as soon as someone was available. Waited until 7pm to listen to the employers have an argument of who was going to stay to do my nails, then was told I didn’t explain what I wanted on the two times that I called, which I relayed I wanted my acrylics removed and a full set re-started. Extremely unprofessional, I’m sorry to tell you your problems aren’t your customers problems and if you can’t work it out don’t work in the service industry or run a business.
