I have been going to T2 for over 7 years! They consistently do the best nails of anywhere I’ve been too, always perfectly shaped and polished. I’ve gotten no chip (lasts about 2.5/3 weeks if not longer) dip (lasts 3.5+ weeks) and pedicures. The manicures are so well done they typically grow out long before they chip or break and they take such good care of my nails leaving them very healthy and strong. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to T2 for years. Even after I moved from the area, I still drive to Naperville to get my nails done. So does my mother and she lives in Streamwood. It is the cleanest salon I have ever been too and they take all the necessary precautions to make sure that you are safe from getting an infection. The work is excellent and I love Kim and Sonny. Kim does the most perfect pink and whites I have ever had! Quality work, fair prices and everything is sterilized and clean. You won’t be disappointed.

Critical: QualityI came in with 2 idea in mind. The first was a sunflower if they felt confident doing it, and the second was going to be just plain black nails. They insisted they could do the sunflower. It it so poorly done I want to cry. I kept asking if they really felt confident they could turn it around and they never did. They literally laughed at me when I asked if they could make the petals look more like a sunflower. I would not recommend coming here. I miss the previous owners! Both ladies rocked their work and made the experience fun and inviting! Now, the customer service sucks and I don’t feel like they take pride in their work! I went there to get a new set of Pink and White Gel nails and didn’t get to my car when I noticed that a nail was dark on one of the tips. I went back and a different lady began to fix it, she noticed that the rest were poorly done and asked me to come back the next day for her to redo them for me! I did and they were left thicker than I’m used to having them. Then, I figured it was me just being picky and I went back again 3 weeks later for a fill, but decided to have them removed and try the “no chip manicure”…. this time, the main guy their did it for me and they looked like crap! Not 3 days later go by when they looked dirty and one chipped off! I go back to get them “fixed” and all he did was give them a buff with a “fresh” coat of polish and rather than remove the polish off of the one that chipped, he attempted to put a couple of coats on the section that chipped to try and match the rest of the nail!!! Low and behold, not only did that same nail chip a day later, but an additional 2 more were chipped off!! o.O Never did I have to go through this with the previous owners. I totally miss them and have no idea where they went!!

I work down the street, and the first time I came in was on my lunch break a few months ago. I got a full acrylic set done. Not only did they finish with time to spare in my lunch break, but they did a FANTASTIC, flawless job! I have been going back ever since, and their work continues to impress me. They are professional, kind, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs. 🙂

PSA – you need to go see John! He is hands down my favorite there. I’ve been going here for a few months now and I am always happy when I leave. John takes his time to make sure my nails are done right and the way I want them. I feel completely pampered when I’m there, and you don’t even want me to get started on the AMAZING massages that he can give. I would go there DAILY just for that alone. I have gone to other local shops but nothing like what I’ve found here at T2. There are plenty of color options, they have been able to do anything on my nails that I’ve asked of them, the place is beautiful, and the staff has been nice.
