Ex Employee here. Sadly this salon is now closed for good. We closed forever on 12-31-19 at 6pm sharp… I was on both of the last shifts and it really broke me. The company was poorly managed and really shifty but my management and coworkers were awesome and I still miss them. A lot of lovely clients came in too and I miss them as well.

The Service is horrible from Sam. She ignored my family as she was on her phone. Her husband walk in asking her for money in front of the clients. She seemed nervous while he was there. Carolina came ask if I needed a haircut. So I ask ed for a bob. Carolina did a wonderful cut of a stacked bob. I will definitely continue with Carolina as my hair dresser. HORRIBLE!! no other words to described it, walked in because the sign out front of the salon said $44 for the signature package walked in and was sat down for my haircut and right after the wash started maritza my stylist for the cut told me the price was now $55 which is absurd! i repeatedly told her the price out front was $44 she continued to argue with me about the length of my hair which was about 1-2in from my shoulders saying the longer the hair the longer time she needed! i don’t recommend this place to anyone terrible service and quality.

Ms. Sam is an amazing hair stylist, she would make sure you are comfortable and welcomed. I always get my hair cut and styled by her, she would never disappoint. I would recommend this place just because she’s there! She’s always smiling too!

I went today for the first time and it was the last time. I did appointment online, it was 4 people available, when I arrived the place it was only one person, and she started give me a lot of excuses, then I was listening her but when she mentioned I have to sign an agreement where I’m responsable for the result of the color I want for my hair, I decided to leave the place, terrible experience please don’t go there , I can’t understand how they have an stylist who don’t have any idea what she is doing.

I went for what was supposed to be a trim yesterday, and walked out of there with more than 7 inches of my hair cut off! I went in there for a simple trim to cut my split ends and walked out with a major life change. I’m devastated by how short my hair is! My hairstylist Sam was nice but clearly doesn’t understand what a customer means by “trim”

The woman who cut my hair had no clue what she was doing. It took her over an hour just to cut it to the length I wanted, and she became agitated when I asked her to fix my layers since there were none. Now I’m just hoping my hair grows back quick enough.
