Although my hydrafacial was good and Heather the provider great, the cost was exorbitant. After the service fee which I still don’t understand and the tip, my total was almost $400. I was hoping to make this type of facial a regular part of my skin regimen but I can’t afford to do so at this spa. I’ll need to find another more affordable one.

Do not get your eyebrows micro bladed here. I got mine done by Carrie in October of 2017 and they will not fade at all(except now they have a grey tint to them) you cannot see the strokes anymore it’s completely blended together and looks like two dark lines above my eyes. I have gone to multiple other places to try and get them fixed all of them have said they appear to be tattooed instead of micro bladed and that she went way too deep and I probably have scar tissue now. I was told there is nothing to do except to try and get them removed which is a long process that sometimes does not work.

LOVE this place! Very clean and decor is very nice! My first visit was a customized facial by Katie, and it was great! She took her time to explain each step of the facial, and made sure I understood my options. It was very relaxing and my skin looked very refreshed afterwards! I would absolutely recommend Swoon to any of my friends and family. I’m going back for a Lash Lift today!
