Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Stacie Harrison Britt last week, paid $240, and when i realized my bangs were cut uneven, one side of my hair is darker than the other, horizontal streaks across the back, roots jagged and unevenly blended, i asked her if she could touch it up and she stated it would be another $70. i don’t feel like i should have to pay for someone’s mistakes that they won’t own up to. Also, she blamed it on hard water. i use the same water from the City of Lumberton that she does at Shear Perceptions. I went to Stacie Harrison Britt last week, paid $240, and when i realized my bangs were cut uneven, one side of my hair is darker than the other, horizontal streaks across the back, roots jagged and unevenly blended, i asked her if she could touch it up and she stated it would be another $70. i don’t feel like i should have to pay for someone’s mistakes that they won’t own up to. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appt with Jill, showed her a pic of the hair color I wanted and she did not bleach it correctly or separate the colora Just piled the colored strips of hair on top of each other cause it to all run together and come out a dark brownish/black instead of blues and magenta. She also insisted on adding a color I repeatedly said no to., then added it anyhow. It took her 5 hours because she did 3 other people’s hair in between mine. I was very dissappointed with the results and had to go elsewhere to get it done correctly.
