My boyfriend started taking me here to get my pedicures and we come pretty often for them. They have a nice establishment great drinks and Pretty friendly staff members. Just recently I decided to try and get my nails done and was disappointed in my nails at least 7 out of my ten nails had broke off in a matter of days and I got this set for the holidays. I’ve never had a set that just broke the way these did especially in a matter of days. Well I end up going back over the weekend to show them what had happened and how thin the nail tech laid the acrylic some of my nails even had double nail tips attached to my cuticle. They were literally about as thin as the ones you buy from the store. Plus I had cuts all over my hand after the service. The front desk only wanted to offer me to go back to the same tech that did them and wanted me “to explain how I wanted them done”. I am not a nail tech and I should not have to explain make my nails thick enough so they don’t break to a nail artist. I didn’t want to see the same nail tech because of my lack of trust so I had to pay full price for another set with a different tech at this establishment. Although the NAIl tech I seen that day did an amazing job customer service was terrible and I do not feel happy spending almost 200$ within two weeks on nails that were if done right the first time would I have been there a second time.

$110 for dip and pedicure, not a bad price if you get what you pay for. Ivy had to fix my nail four times before I left the nail shop. I had to request cuticle oil with a dip set. Save your money and time and find someone who knows how to do their job!
