I was able to make an appt and the guy that did my nails did them really quickly. They looked pretty good, had a few places that could have been done better but they looked better than anywhere else local that I’ve tried over the last 6 months. They were expensive though. 63$ for a full set of acrylic, coffin shaped, with a special polish plus I added a 5$ tip so they were $68. I will give them another try.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe man who works there has messed up nails repeatedly. I’ve had Suzie do my nails before and it was amazing, however this last visit was so awful. I asked about a charge that was completely different from the price given, and the explanation was because my nails were “long”. I got acrylic with a gel paint listed at $40, i was charged 55. I’m not sure where they’re coming up with these numbers, but it’s obviously whatever they feel like. I’m attaching a picture here. He picked at my skin with some nail tool because he got acrylic on my finger, so there’s a piece of my skin under my nail that’s just picked off. I told him that it was hurting, he completely ignored me.Suzie was also unhelpful as I asked multiple times to explain to elderly woman doing my pedicure that I wanted a specific color for my French tip toe nails, they added the pink clear after the fact and now my toe nails look bumpy because of how many layers they put on. On top of that the only toe that’s a tip is the big toe, the rest are sloppily done blobs of white. The man who works there has messed up nails repeatedly. I’ve had Suzie do my nails before and it was amazing, however this last visit was so awful. Rude! Awful service. I do not recommend this place. The nail technicians are rough and when you speak up on the discomfort you are experiencing; they deny you of the planned service. What happen to customers are right? Sorry. If I am paying you money, I have the right to get treated appropriately. This place do not keep the customers first.

After I stopped coming to this shop for a year or two I decided to go because I didn’t feel like driving across town to the new shop I go to and it’s closer to my house I didn’t like the nail tech that did my nails he cut my cuticle and had it bleeding and burning even after I got home it started bleeding he charged me $50 dollars for a SHORT basic gel set when I would normally get charged $40 for a medium/long set I decided to go shorter because it would be cheaper how is it I get my nails shorter than the medium/long set I normally get it’s extra for a set that doesn’t look worth $50 and they aren’t even straight they’re uneven when I got ready to pay he gonna say it was a $2 fee I used my card I never got charged a fee for using my card the whole vibe there was weird I’ll drive across town next time I will not be visiting this shop again

I have been to this nail place multiple times and never had a single issue till today. I know nail shops pick their favorites. But you don’t do it during a Saturday morning rush when you have hardly anyone working! Or you at least notify someone that they were waiting from last night. When somebody gets there 45 minutes before open to ensure that they will be the first customer. And then you just start taking random people that got there after them. It makes a really bad impression. There was no reason for me to wait that long with you knowing you weren’t gonna be able to take me for a while. Wasted over an hour and a half of my time. Not cool. You tell people the truth about the wait so they can decide!
