I came here yesterday for acrylic overlay fill and a pedicure. My pedicure was good. Hannah did a great job and was very kind. My nails on the other hand was not great. I had Henry. Disclosure: I did not give him a tip because he did such a bad job. I asked him multiple times that I wanted my nails thin. The job was not neatly done. I asked him to fix a couple of nails, in which I knew he was irritated about. He was not rude to me, but I knew he complained because it was the only time he spoke (in his language) to his colleague next to him. When I asked to please fix it, he would start talking. But I’m paying for the service, so I kindly asked if he could please fix it. He haphazardly tried, but it was still bad. My overlay fill is bumpy…because the original layer I had is thinner than the overlay that he did, so there’s bumps in the layers. My nails look higher than my skin. The photos I shared will show better than I can explain with words. Happy Nails is falsely named because I am NOT Happy with my nails. I’m sure there are better techs in the establishment. But I WILL NOT GO BACK. I had been trying new salons each month, so I can find a good nail tech who I would like to establish a relationship with. I used to only get my nails done on special occasions so I don’t have a regular nail tech, but I have been going for a few months now in different salons and I fully REGRET going to this one. I do however, recommend Hannah for a pedicure. She was great. I had no problems with her. Henry on the other hand…sorry brother, your work is bad. I wish I could get my money back.

Nice experience nice place but could be more sanitized. My nails looked good but had to come home and put alcohol on them to make sure because they were on fire. I didn’t see them cleaning the utensils professionally after doing people nails. The prices are good also.

I been here before. And couldn’t figure out to save my life. Why my finger nails would bubble up immediately after I leave their nail salon. Because It’s not fully dried that’s why…. I got gel nails on toes and finger nails by Frank and Tammy. Each time same results. I will not return. If I’m paying for gel nails. They should not bubble up and dent up or even lump up immediately after leaving nail salon. They should be completely dry and not look this horrible.

I will never come back to this nail salon. I had the worst experience here. I went for a gel manicure and Henry the nail tech that attended me kept rushing and didn’t do the job right. He didn’t give me a manicure all he did was file and that’s it. Nail polish is on my skin, he did not even push my cuticles back. My nails literally looks like I did them at home. When I told him what I didn’t like he said “ oh my gosh “ and didn’t fix any of his mistakes.

I went for a nail repair. I was greeted at the door and was asked what I needed and I explained that I needed a nail repaired.The young lady that greeted me called on Vivian to do the repair, well Vivian did not treat me with any kindness at all as if she’s to good to do a repair. Vivian looked at the nail she said something in her language. Erica came over to me and sat me down wit another tech who repaired the nail for me.I paid her and thanked her and Erica, but I will never return to that salon.

I went for a fill in because the nail tech I see was going out of town . This was the worst trash service I ever received. My appointment was at 930 the nail tech had me there waiting for 30 mins until he (Tony )showed up . Then he wants to dust back and talk about his co workers especially the lady in the front on the right side snout her nasty attitude. Everything was still fine taking in consideration. I’ve been waiting for 39 mins he wants to rush me . Then he wants to argue about my nail rubbing up against a towel he has under the a broken dryer . Whipping my nails off . Don’t go here !!! For someone you are spending your money On an establishment. I will never go here and spend my money again . U tell your customer they are wast your time . When it’s ur job . To fix the nail. I went somewhere else and received great service! This trash place it not worth your time.

Everytime I come here I leave disappointed. I only come here when I need a last min service and they always fail me. They DONT know how to do acrylic. If you’re looking for that nice clean and smooth look, do not go here. Do not go to Alex especially bc he doesn’t know how to do nails. I wanted long french tips and he did them terribly. I told him and he clearly caught an attitude but changed them. The nail polish I settled for was gross. My nails had bubbles and looked so bulky, so I came back 5mins later bc I wanted them off. He tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I wanted, but in reality he couldn’t do it. So I told him to cut them short and he did with an even bigger attitude and I got none of my money back. I don’t know why they agree to do things knowing they don’t know how to do it. Now they have my money for a service I hated, and this is just one of many times. If you go here you will be disappointed, I’m letting you know now.
