Great service! I’m a floater..I’m always on the hunt for new spots. But I’ve been coming back to supernails for several years. Steve is amazing. Always does a great job on my nails, shapes, designs, etc. And he’s a great conversationalist. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant. There a woman who does eyebrows .. I forgot her name (sorry). But she’s bomb at doing eyebrows!

They did a nice mani but the pedi was rushed and one toenail was half painted.The cleanliness could be better, the files and buffs were clearly used in several clients before me. I won’t be coming back, it’s expensive for the quality of service.

Dear technician, I felt devalued when you have rush jobs and it caused me to get angry. We all have busy schedules and it’s not fair that the quality of my nail work to have constantly decline after 3 months of working with you. I have supported the business 2-3 times a month, plus have a tip Everytime. Know that i know that you know you have not did your best with my nails and for that I will not come back because i shouldn’t have to tell you it’s a bad job, we both know your superb potential. It hurts me more to have lost you, but now you have lost a loyal customer.
