This place is amazing! One of the only places that waxes bikini and butt for men. I had Marcy, Sonia’s sister. Marcy works at the Roslyn Heights location and is such a sweetheart! Was my first time, and I was very nervous. But Marcy is so pleasant and her personality is disarming, All smiles and laughs. She is very clean, professional, and thorough. I feel amazing, will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

went to roslyn location today and they were very cleanly and professional. great pricing compared to other waxing places. they use sugar waxing which is new to me. hurt a little less! interested to see the long term results.

Valerie is great! She makes you feel very comfortable and she’s great at what she does. I’m giving this place 3 stars because of the front desk person (Jillian) she is horrible at customer service and as rude as she can be. Apparently she thinks she’s in charge of the place but have no customer service skills.

They have a horrible people at the front desk. feels like its not clean went for a brazillian yesterday only one person had gloves on the other one kept touching me without gloves. and they didnt wear masks either which i felt really unsafe there unhealthy be safe stay away
