I had the absolutely worst experience at Supercuts they chopped half my hair and left the other half while charging me 78 for the cut then 45 for the treatment not to mention over another hundred dollars for the actual wash and cut but when I called them they said they would give me a free haircut since the last one I got was half missing then they proceeded to raise there voice at me and latish-a insulted me then of course Kaitlin the manager tried to charge me another 50 dollars I do not ever recommend this place to anyone unless you wanna half head of hair

I left Super Cuts $22 poorer and embarrassed to even be seen in public. It was hands down the worst hair cut I have ever received. Unfortunately, I had a very bad outcome of my haircut with Oksana. I asked for shoulder length cut, and the final product is about 4 inches shorter than that. At the end of the cut she also told me “I cut the front to be shorter than the back to compliment your face” without consulting me before making this decision. The end product is the worst hair cut I have ever had and I would not recommend Oksana at this location.
