DO NOT go to titi beauty at Firewheel Salons. I went in to get my hair trimmed and decided to cut off about 3 inches of dead ends. She took off nearly 8 inches. My hair was to my butt when I walked in and now it is just barely passed my shoulders. Asked if I wanted layers I said no I have enough hair and volume. I want it all one length straight across. She chopped off the inches before I could stop her. I asked her to style it straight so I could see what she did. She curled the ends probably to hide the layers she gave me even though I told her not to. She also took my hair to a point in the back when I told her to leave it straight across. She did not listen to a single thing I wanted and now I don’t even wanna do maternity pics in a few months my hair looks awful and she’s refusing to refund my money because I left the salon. Well yeah you hid all your mistakes so I couldn’t see what you actually did to my hair until I got home and straightened it. I have been working on getting my hair length and all natural virgin hair for TEN YEARS. All that time and self control down the drain in 2 secs because this lady didn’t care about my wants at all. Horrible business practice. I am completely devastated and will never return to that place. I originally planned on getting full service hair and nails but as soon as she chopped my hair I just wanted out of there as quick as possible. I could have lived with the length but the fact that she just did whatever she wanted and completely ignored my requests for MY hair set me off.

She succeeded the perfect look for my eye shape. They are natural and lightweight, there is no proof of any eyelash glue on my eyelid.
