Amanda was amazing. I had a bad haircut somewhere else. It was so bad that I need a quick fix. I found Amanda. I like her upbeat spirit, can-fix attitude, and a listening ear for what I need. Do NOT go here for highlights. Attached pictures is what $80 worth of highlights looks like for very little and short hair. Will not be returning. You can pretty much count how many foils she put in by looking at the pictures which was very minimal. My son wasn’t happy with his haircut either. She asked if he wanted a 1” or 2” fade and he said 1” fade and the third picture is what he got which looks like 2” all the way around with no fade (I cut his hair often and I’m pretty familiar with the guides). And he asked for pointed sideburns which I guess she didn’t understand what he was asking for and it looked ridiculous so I fixed it for him when he got home. I should’ve taken a picture first. $110 on something I could’ve done for him at home.

They’re short staffed, so you have to call within like the first 10 minutes of opening like you’re trying to buy concert tickets circa 1978. Luckily there are other options in town. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I haven’t actually had bad experiences with them. I just can never get an appointment in the first place.

I got a blowout and it looks beautiful. They really made sure to wash my hair thoroughly and make sure it was clean. It was one of the fastest blowout I had ever gotten. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was done a bit after 4. It is clean and they have magazines to read. I got there and they greeted me and toke my name. I only waited for at least 30 seconds. It looks beautiful and I am happy with the results. Thank you!
