If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a simple hair cut and asked for 1/2 an inch taken off and long layers. I was adamant that I DIDNT WANT A LOT OF HAIR CUT OFF. When I left the shop my hair was still wet so I couldn’t really tell what she had done but once my hair dried I was distraught. My hair was not only 2 inches shorter, but the layers and baseline cut were uneven and one side of my hair was significantly longer than the other. The upper layers of my hair were cut so thick in comparison to the baseline of my hair so the longer strands of my hair looked stringy in comparison to the chopped disaster of my upper layers. I went to a new hair salon and the woman I went to who has been cutting hair for nearly 25 years said she has never seen a worse hair cut. I will never return to this Supercuts, nor any of the others in town. I believe Supercuts is having issues staffing their stores (evident by the fact only two women were working) and so they hire under qualified individuals to try and compensate. I was also not given a receipt after I paid today. Yes it is just hair and it will grow back but it is frustrating to pay for a service and not be given what you paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUPERCUTS.

On Friday 1 -11-2020 went to super cuts on Herndon and Fowler get my hair wash and trim and blow dryer.I just got out of hospital. Needed my hair cleaned.I was charged 66.05 I think that was way over priced. If I would have gotten a recite to see what I was charged for. It took her over one hour. The experience was terrible. I will never go back. Someone should over see there operation. I am 73 I think I was taken advantage of.
