So I decided to go this place for a 60 minutes reflexology massage during my lunch break. They were able to take me at a very short notice and I was very happy about that. They were also very reasonable so I didn’t expect a 5 star ambiance.. The Massage was just okay.. The masseur was applying too much pressure and I told him to go softer. I don’t think he really understood any English. When I came out to pay, the front desk and masseur started arguing with me to pay them more tips. I mean its my personal choice to pay them what I feel but they were arguing about how much % I needed to pay them. I was just disappointing with the massage and their attitude. Not going back ever..!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOne of the worst experiences I ever had.I had specifically mentioned not to use Elbows while massaging as I prefer the feeling of thumbs and fingers.She did acknowledge in the beginning but went back to using Elbows again, I politely mentioned 3 to 4 times again and at last I had to stop her and tell her not to use it, for which she cursed me in her native language.After 10 min same story again and I gave up.In the end I dint tip her ( usually I tip 15-25).She realized I dint tip her, so she came out to my car and asked me for it and when I said no, she gave me a very nasty face and stormed back in to the center.Seriously that lady needs to learn some manners!PS. Ive been twice and I loved it the first time. The person that massaged me was outstanding!!! Only negative point was the occasional dog bark from the grooming salon next door. 2nd time not so great….the massage therapist did not have the same great skills as the 1st and a lady employee kept talking really loud in one of the back rooms…so it was extremely hard to relax with the added noise. Reasonable prices!!!!!!

I’ve been several times over the past year and have always had very fast service, as well as, an amazing massage! In the past I’ve paid lots of money for massages and this place is reasonably priced and do a wonderful job! They are accommodating and very friendly.

The most painful experience ever. I have been here before without an i issue. There is no way this person is licensed. He pinched and jerked my neck so hard I can’t turn my head at all. I told him several times he was hurting me. He clearly didn’t understand English at all. I pulled away several times because it was painful. I finally left. I told the girl upfront and she said they would give me a $10 discount. I am complaining to the licensing board before they seriously injure someone.
