I’ve been going to this Supercuts for a long time now. And 95% of the time, despite booking my time slot through their website, my appointment time is consistently 10-30 minutes late. Meaning, I consistently wait 10-30 minutes before I’m seen. I’ve never said a word and never complained. In truth, it’s just not that big of a deal to me. However, today was the first time I’ve ever been late. I arrived for my 3:40 appointment at exactly 3:47. Despite the fact that I actually called to tell them I’d be a few minutes late (feel free to check the call log and my arrival time), when I arrived at 3:47 I was told I wouldn’t be seen because there wasn’t enough time to cut my hair. I’m a pretty easy going guy – not quick to complain, as everyone has a bad day now and again – but after a couple years of giving you my business, you all must have more than you need to keep mine.

I went to get a haircut and they shaved me sideburns without telling me?? I didn’t ask them to and they haven’t done it before but I went recently and asked to get my hair trimmed and they ended up shaving my sideburns off- so just know that you may be getting more hair cut than you originally expected or wanted.
