This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a haircut place. The lady was rude telling me my hair was thin and she could feel the grease on her fingers from my shampoo. Also was so rough on my head with the comb and brush. She cut it to a good length that I checked then proceeded to cut even more off for “layers” and then totally butchered the back of me head. This was the older lady with blonde curly hair. Completely unacceptable and will never go back.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the young girl took my daughter 30 minutes before close. I came here because I thought they would do a better job at fixing my daughters hair from what another hairdresser did. It was a bob style, but it looked horrible.

Elvira was nice and did a good job cutting hair. I was overcharged $9 for a service I didn’t receive, tea tree treatment, and didn’t get hot towel treatment after, even though I specifically asked about it during hair wash. Feel kinda ripped off.

Worst. Haircut. Ever! The young lady, Mariah, did exact OPPOSITE of what I asked. I had a pic showing what I wanted and I even pointed to the sides in the pic and said, “see how her hair comes to the bottom of her ear lobe? I want to leave mine that length.” First thing she did was cut straight across (not an angle like I asked) about the middle of my ear!! I had specifically said to leave the sides just below the earlobe! Now they look like men’s sideburns!! After I got home, I noticed a large gap cut out near the top of my head, WTH!! No idea how she graduated beauty school, but needs to find another profession!! Definitely the worst haircut I’ve had and I’m in my mid 50’s!!!
