According to Ben Franklin, there are only two things certain. I would like to add to his list of certainties. The chances of seeing the same team of stylists is pretty remote, and that they don’t excel at “old-fashioned” haircut. But they do their best, and whatever they do grows out soon enough. I have been turned away for not signing in online, so started signing in. After work hours are difficult to get in, so try something before school gets out.

Last time we were there they were backed up and understaffed. Got through their line pretty quickly without sacrificing quality to my sons haircut. They always make him feel comfortable,he’s young. Always make him laugh and just talk to him entire time to make him feel at ease.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing with a friend to get a quick haircut. This lady doesn’t know how to give a simple fade after she claims to been cutting hair for 12 years at your location. And then I asked her to narrow off and square my sideburns yet she didn’t even take her time nor check for symmetry, just hit it once with a buzzer and asked if I was satisfied, my side burns aren’t narrow and they come down to point AND they’re uneven. It’s like they rushed through our haircuts trying to make it to the end of the day. And I tipped her $15 and I still I don’t know why. I’m mostly upset with myself for giving great clips another chance. The lady has black hair with some purple in it and wears glasses. And the other lady that works there was gossiping about me to my friend like I couldn’t hear her. Felt like I was in highschool again. Do not waste your time and money here.

I did the online check in and it said that my wait time was 10 minutes. I got to the business 1 minute before. I had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally got to me. They weren’t even busy. The person that cut my hair was very good. The place was clean. My only issue was the wait time. I will go back.

The girl cutting my hair obviously had no clue what it was I was wanting done, after she clipped around a little I said that’s good and got out of the chair, and the one who cut my husband’s hair never even touched the top or front. We will not go here again
