Sunday, I went to get a haircut. There was big queue. I waited for half hour, but they started to prioritize who called earlier for the appointment. I thought that makes sense and I left. Monday, I called them early in the morning for the evening appointment and I was there right on the time. A lady barber asked me you have appointment, right? I told her yes. She said we will be with right away and then she left. Another barber called someone who didn’t have an appointment and made me wait again. I waited another half hour and left without getting haircut. Very unprofessional service!

My husband had an appointment and was 15 mins early. They took a walk in before him. He said that he had an appointment and the girl working there said there is a wait time sometimes. He would have waited if it was someone was an appointment before him but these were 3 people that didn’t have an appointment. He addressed it and she ignored him and proceeded to take the other 3 walk ins.

When we walked in there Was 3 style but one was coloring her own hair! The wait wasn’t long about 10 minutes. She took my daughter then myself she asked me if she could wait it I told her no that I had curry hair so she put oil on it then cut it. I really didn’t pay attention to it till the next day when I. Wash it wow there was so much oil in it I had to wash it 2 times then when I bush it so much hair came out. And when I got done studying it one side of my hair was long and the other side was shot and not even close to being cut the way I wanted. ! The best part about it I gave her a $ 10 tip and both some stuff from her. I really thought this lady new what she was doing but I was so wrong. Just make sure you look at it really good before you leave.

Waited 3 hours to be told that he did not have time to highlight my hair I made a appointment online for hair coloring he stated he didn’t look at what the appointment was for. Poor customer service and no staff one person is running the whole salon alone I get that but don’t have people waiting. If I could I’d give it a zero period.

Walked in and the wait time was 20 minutes. I didn’t even wait that long. I told Jeff to have fun . He cut nearly a foot off and I absolutely love it! He was vert professional and just flat out amazing! Think I found myself my new stylist! Thank you Jeff!!!:)
