Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am blown away at the customer service and talent of this place. My hairstylist is RJ and I LOVE her. When I first came in April of this year, my hair was a pretty dark brunette with some highlights here and there. I wanted to go lighter as I have always had hopes of wanting to try to go blonde. The first time I came in, there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and a different hairstylist and then I went to see RJ for a correction and she did it flawlessly. She definitely knows her stuff!! She handles my concerns very well and keeps me informed throughout the entire service so I am aware of what she is doing. RJ made sure that my hair was protected and I left with as little damage as possible. I will definitely stay loyal to this hair salon as they always make sure their clients are completely satisfied. Also – the manager is AMAZING. He is always so quick to check in and is so excited to see everyone. Definitely the perfect person you want to see when you first walk in. If I have ever had a concern, he is so quick to get back to me and help me figure out what to do to make it right. I would give this place more stars if I could!! I am blown away at the customer service and talent of this place. My hairstylist is RJ and I LOVE her. When I first came in April of this year, my hair was a pretty dark brunette with some highlights here and there. I wanted to go lighter as I have always had hopes of wanting to try to go blonde. She has incredible customer service, continuously being contagiously kind and communicative, and she is very well-educated on whatever you’re looking to get done. She is always willing to try new things and is very versatile in her art, constantly exceeding my expectations. She is a wizard in her craft!

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my daughter here last Saturday and the stylist messed her hair up so bad. We were there from 1-5 and the girl still didn’t fix it correctly. She had no idea what she was doing. I took my daughter to my stylist last night and she won’t even touch it for another month in fear of hair breaking off because the other stylist at Regency Garbo’s bleached it out so much. When you lift up the hair in back it looks like leopard spots! On top of that we didn’t get an apology or even a phone call the next day. Terrible service! Don’t waste your money.
