I had gotten my hair trimmed here, it was okay… the girl who shampooed my hair didn’t really get the scalp very good. I went back on a sunday around 2, the hour’s on website say’s open Sundays… they are not. So that was kind of annoying. Went to Ulta instead. Waayyy better. Long haircut

Critical: Quality, ValueMy usual barber was completely booked for Thanksgiving but I needed a haircut pretty badly so I came here. I’m not going to mention any names because that’s rude in my opinion, but I’m REALLY upset with the haircut I received. The stylist did not part my hair correctly and now I’m left with this awkward, terrible looking cut. I’m going to have to wear a hat for a couple of weeks while it grows out again. I want to cry. Beard trim looked nice but that’s about it. I guess you get what you pay for. My usual barber was completely booked for Thanksgiving but I needed a haircut pretty badly so I came here. I’m not going to mention any names because that’s rude in my opinion, but I’m REALLY upset with the haircut I received. There have been a few times i haven’t gotten what I went in for, however it shouldn’t be expected of them to recreate a photo, and every time I have always loved the haircut I received. The stylists are all very friendly with unique personalities. Sometimes the waits are a bit long but they offer several ways around that. It is one of the cheaper places in town to get a haircut but the quality of the cut does not reflect that. I highly recommend this business and I have been coming here for haircuts for about 5-6 years and have never had any issues other than the wait (which, as mentioned above, can be avoided ).

We have tried product after produce but have found nothing short of shaving his head to keep the dandruff under control. When the stylist started shaving his head she told him his hair was nasty and the state said she didn’t have to help anyone with hair as nasty as his: he took a shower before he left home. She insulted him, called him nasty and dirty and made a huge deal out of the whole episode. I asked him where the manager was, evidently the manager was there witnessing everything.
