I’ve been coming here for 9 years and love the staff/ services offered. To be honest, the prices have climbed since fist joining. Regardless, you still get the same exceptional service so it feels fine to price adjust with the market. Their choice of body products in their retail section are too notch too!

I’m giving them 5 stars for Sarah at the Morgan Ford location. The spa and other people I’ve interacted with there is fine but Sarah is the best. Her facials are amazing. She’s easy to talk to, bedside manner is professional and comfortable, listens to what you want, and doesn’t offer unnecessary services. She cleans the heck out of my pores without damaging my skin. I haven’t had a facial in a long while now due to finances but I miss her and the facials bad!

I really enjoy having a membership here. All of the employees are polite and personable. I was new to the massage world and was very nervous and self conscious. My daughter went here for a body sugar scrub and a facial. She had an amazing experience. It was her first spa visit and she was nervous because she a plus size girl and very body conscious. They treated her amazingly, making her feel comfortable and relaxed. The treatments were decadent and she enjoyed them. We will be returning here.

I have even gifted a massage to my partner (with Amity – she is amazing).A couple months ago I had a horrible massage at the Soulard location. They always ask for feedback after and I left my review directly with them that I had felt uncomfortable and that it was really not a good experience. No one got back to me – when I went to see my regular massage therapist I mentioned it to her and nothing really came of it and I just decided I would only see her there.That being said, a few weeks ago I had an emergency with my pet and had to go to Veterinary Specialty Services and missed an appointment. I did not call, the receptionist called me. It was a very hectic and stressful time. I had hours to wait in the car and went ahead and sent an email to the owner Jen explaining the situation.She didn’t have the gall to get back to me through email but went ahead and charged me for the appointment. worst massage I ever had. got the 2 hr massage in hope to relieve a tense painful neck/back problem and left with worst pain and facial swelling. The lady only massaged my back, never touched my neck or shoulder. Weird massage. Save your money go somewhere else.
