Waited 2 hours for them to tell me that my son, who is 2, can’t sit on my lap for his haircut. He does good but on my lap. Should let customers know ahead of time if the toddler is able to sit by themselves for the haircut or not. Manager was very unprofessional about it!

Have come here regularly but my visit today was not pleasant. The girl with the purple hair used clippers that kept on pinching and pulling my hair. Have never had a problem with any clippers or equipment before today. Hope it’s resolved soon before I need my next haircut or I’ll have to look elsewhere.

The haircut was great. Requested to wash my hair since 8 wasn’t going back home. Gone to other super cuts just not this location. I asked the hair stylist for a beard trim. I had no idea they don’t offer that service. His response was ” I am not a barber”. It felt very confrontational. I would of responded with” I am sorry we don’t offer that servi ce” he still did a minor trim so that was fine.

I really enjoyed my experience getting a haircut. I come here roughly once a month as my hair style is very simple to maintain at home before its too long. The staff are always friendly and open to talk to or stay quiet depending on your social needs. The hair cuts always come out great and i never have worries. I had a stylist named Mario who helped me with my beard questions as its my first time growing one. He gave plenty of advice. A very great experience and one I don’t mind going time and time again.

In an impulse, I chopped my very long hair to about shoulder length. I came in, Mario was quick to see me and was amazing.
