This is such a cute salon and goes above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. I booked in advance (which is a must since it’s a small salon) and came here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. The owner blocked out her schedule to accommodate all of us and even let us bring in our own catered snacks and drinks. There were a ton of neutral colors to pick from and I was very happy to find out that they don’t cut your cuticles (I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with having my cuticles cut that ended in a terrible infection from another nail salon). Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and would return. Highly recommend for special events too!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this place! My manicurist, Kristina, was an absolute sweetheart. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my color and the coat. The owner is super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming. Not to mention the sweet shop pup! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing – inviting, comfortable, and chicly decorated. The techniques used by the salon are extremely gentle and relaxing. Their products being vegan and non-toxic are what attracted me to their shop in the first place, but all the aforementioned elements really made me fall in love with Pink Rose. I’ll be back very soon for a pedicure!

I had my nails and eyebrows done for my job interview tomorrow. I’m also presenting on Thursday. Kristina did a great job. She’s really sweet and her manicure technique feels amazing while making you look good. I know these nails are going to last through the weekend and more and the color is stunning. The techs at The Pink Rose are true professionals of “mani” talents.

The salon was great! Extremely friendly staff, and wonderful environment. The front desk person was friendly and polite, and the person that did both mine and my families nails were painless, fun and did a spectacular job. We love Leo!! The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I tried this nail salon for the first time and appreciated them allowing me to be a walk in. I did love the color of my nails and the overall look. The only complaint I have is that the nail technician looked to be scrolling on her cell phone as she was massaging my feet which I had paid $20 for for the extra 15 minutes. She did the massage mostly with her free hand and would slow down as she was concentrating on her phone that she was holding in her other hand. She seemed more interested in being on her cell phone during that time. The only time she was not scrolling on her phone was when she was applying my nail polish as she had to put her phone down at that point. Not sure about going back in the future for this reason.

I think this is the cutest nail salon in all of Tyler, and I’ve been to them all. Carol is the sweetest lady and she was so gentle. The foot massage was spectacular, and they make their own all-natural bath bombs for pedicures. I already have my next appointment scheduled. I will be a regular here from now on. Went for a manicure came back the next day for a pedicure. Absolutely in love with the shop and the process, they made me feel so comfortable even though everything was new to me. I was greeted by the beautiful and professional owner Laura and taken care of by the lovely nail tech Jessica. I’ll be driving once a month from Dallas just to come back here!

I’ve been going to The Pink Rose solely since it opened in 2019. Right before I discovered The Pink Rose I was wishing there was a non-toxic salon in Tyler and shortly after that I discovered The Pink Rose. I always have a wonderful time when I go. The performance polish (Dazzle Dry) lasts so well on my fingernails (as many nail polishes don’t) and a very long time on my toe nails. I love that the bath bombs and scrubs are made with all natural, non-toxic ingredients and handmade by the owner, Laura Fraga. I will never go to another salon. Thanks for providing a cute atmosphere and non-toxic option in Tyler.
