First time customer at Supercuts and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I’ve been to other corporate haircut chains where I received a one-cut-fits-all style despite my detailed description of what I was looking for (I won’t mention names but you know who you are Great Clips and Fantastic Sam’s) and they just don’t cut it. Pun intended. I know it’s the stylist that is to blame, not the company. But then again, hire better stylists and train them on more than one standard haircut.

I enjoyed my visit to this place. I came in on a Sunday and it was completely empty with no wait. The stylist understood what I wanted and was experienced. It was also convenient because my wife was able to shop for groceries while I was getting my hair cut. I plan to return.

Great place if you want to be in & out but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you actually want the stylist to take their time on your hair. Every time I come here it takes under 5 min for a haircut & they never offer a shampoo. Also this place is never fully staffed so if you get someone you like chances are they won’t be there next time you come back

Waited 5 min while employee in the back was playing on the phone. She could see me just fine…if she came asked me to wait than no problem…however this lady did not give a darn. Went to place next door and waited 20 min as it was busy, I did not mind at all.
