Came in for a haircut for my child. 2 stylist and one customer in the store. Vanessa told me 15 min. After 20 min, I asked and she told me another 15 min. When I asked her why the additional time, her response was they are short staffed and trying their best. Literally, sitting and not doing anything and refusing to work. Stay away from this place, they don’t deserve your money.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhile waiting for my appointment another customer came in and wanted to get her son a haircut. One stylist said it is going to be at least 3 (was 12:30 on a Saturday just before school starts). Person said that was fine and was waiting, another stylist came out and asked again if could help. She said again about getting cut for son. This stylist was quite rude in her tone and said it would be at least 3 before we could get it done. Customer said that is fine and was waiting to be helped at the counter to get an appointment on the list. You could hear the audible sigh from the 2nd stylist. Customer then said I guess that is fine I will not set up an appointment as you seam to busy. Customer then left, several of us waiting just looked at each other then the 2nd stylist said for everyone to hear “well she was rude.”Again us waiting looked at each other with the same look. While waiting for my appointment another customer came in and wanted to get her son a haircut. One stylist said it is going to be at least 3 (was 12:30 on a Saturday just before school starts). Person said that was fine and was waiting, another stylist came out and asked again if could help. She said again about getting cut for son. Took my 2 year old in today for a haircut and needless to say he wasn’t having it. The stylists were very patient with us and even let him watch a show on her phone. I absolutely will be going back! Excellent experience all the way around!!!!

First time I’ve been to Supercuts. Even though they were very busy, the stylist, Madison, didn’t make me feel rushed. She took her time with me and explained each question I had. She also wasn’t afraid to make suggestions and tell me what not to do, which I find important because they have more expertise. So her advice was great. Will go back again!

Used their website to book appointments said that my daughter appointment was booked at 945 only to be told when my daughter and I get here that they actually had 4 appointments ahead of us and said they couldn’t get us in until 11. The staff was super nice and was able to squeeze my daughter in but the reason for the 1 star is because they need to make sure there site matches up to what they actually have booked so people don’t rush to get to their appointments only to be told they don’t actually have that time for an appointment.
