The haircut wasn’t bad but I asked to have it dried, even if there was an extra charge, and she left it half wet! She also seemed to be not excited to be doing my hair AT ALL. The worst part is she tried to charge me $64 and it was only $37 and just acted like “oops, I must of calculated wrong” it’s not hard to add two numbers together! I feel like she was trying to scam me and it really makes me angry. I’m used to higher end salons and really wanted to give this a change for convenience but I am sure after this experience I will never return, at least not to this location! Her name may have been Jasmine but it was at 12:30 on Sunday may 8th, which was extra disappointing because it was for Mother’s Day 🙁

I have had haircuts @ this location and had always been happy with service. NOT today! I made a 230p appt online..arrived @ 225 & was told it would be a few minutes. In the meantime, 2 customers and a family arrived after me for 230 &later appts& they were serviced..I understand they had appts specifically with the 2 stylist who took them back..MY STYLIST was NOT servicing anyone..the 2 stylists that were working were very nice and the one stylist was trying 2 make excuses for the gal who was supposed 2 do my hair..I finally gave up and left @ 245….the young gal had dark hair and was wearing jeans..I would have understood if she had communicated to me that she needed 2 eat lunch or whatever..but she was walking around & then disappeared…the 2 stylist were able 2 keep their scheduled appts but not the gal assigned 2 me…it seems minor in the scheme of life to be left waiting…but @ the same time when 3 sets of customers r waited on, @ their appointed times, who all arrived AFTER me…while I SAT WAITING seems like poor customer service..

Stopped in to get a hair cut. It was explained that the wait was likely past their closing time but they would try to squeeze me in. Perfectly fine. I understood. A few minutes later, the other stylist (who was in no hurry whatsoever) told the stylist who checked me in that they were fully booked. Implying that i should leave so i left. She was spending more time leaning against her counter chatting than she was actually cutting hair. So it was obvious she had no desire to try and squeeze me in. Could have just said that up front and not wasted any time. At least the one stylist seemed to want to try and get me in. No thanks to the other.

Jennifer did an AMAZING job!!! Honestly the happiest I’ve been with my hair after going to a lower end hair cutting place. Normally places like great clips, I’d ask for half an inch off and they ended up chopping half my hair off. Not here which is good! She did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair for a great price.. Will be back again!
