WOODBURY ALLOWS ONLINE SCHEDULING, GO THERE INSTEAD. I’ve gotten haircuts here before, and they’ve all been great. Service, great. Cleanliness, great. But… Trying to schedule a cut here is like the wild west, just read the other reviews. No online scheduling, phone line is automated and just says “we no longer give wait times over the phone”. They make you physically go in and schedule, which is usually many hours of a wait, or you can schedule for a later date. This makes absolutely no sense, and makes getting a cut here entirely not worth the hassle. Guys, it’s 2022, and countless other locations allow online scheduling and calling. That is literally the model of how to schedule appointments at every single salon in America. You can do online scheduling, but for whatever reason you don’t. Coordinate something and implement this, and you will have nothing but happy customers. You have my word, I will change this to a 5 star the moment you allow online/phone scheduling. Until then, Woodbury will be getting my business, and I recommend other customers go there as well.

I came in on a Friday about 4pm, there was no availability for a haircut, the young woman at the front desk said she could get me in Sarurday at noon, I said fine, gave her my phone number, corrected the name from my daughter’s to mine and she said you’re all set. Arrived at 1155 on Saturday and find that she didn’t actually make an appointment for me. Said I can get you in at 2. I understand mistakes happen but to not even offer to squeeze me in while I am there is ridiculous. In addition, how does a place like this in 2022 not have an online scheduling platform. Unreal. I won’t ever use this business. Thought I would give it a try just this once and it got screwed up so won’t be trying again and will not recommend to anyone.
