I have used them before and they did pretty good. However, this last time has tainted my previous experiences and I will never be using this location again. They had an hour wait, which is fine, no big deal. I said I would like to be put on the waiting list the person who was just standing there when we got in said okay and took down my information. I then left with my partner to go to the mall while we waited. I have done this at this location and multiple other places. I never said take me off the list. We got back to the store at about 55 minutes, give me 5 minutes to wait in the store. I walk in and the same person is just standing there doing nothing while there are 4 people waiting for their hair to be cut. There is currently one person cutting hair. And she asks if I would like to make an appointment. I said no, I already have one. She said oh, well it’s gonna be an hour wait. I told her I already had an appointment, and have already waited an hour. Keep in mind non of the people in the place are the same ones as when I was first in there. She said, well it’s going to be another hour. This to me means I was not put on the list in the first place. You had my phone number, so why was I not notified that the wait was extended, why are you just standing there doing nothing while your coworker is sitting there cutting hair? I was fuming. I just told her to not add me to the list and I left. This is not how customer service works. I will never be going to a Supercuts again. And I suggest you do not either.

I went to the Supercuts on Mall road Florence Kentucky and I was hoping to get a decent haircut well that wasn’t the case I went there and came out look like and I got into a fight with a lawn mower and it won. And the sad thing is I own a business so I have to be in front of homeowners business owners and other financial specialists everyday and it’s so bad that I had to cut off danger all my hair and now I don’t even know what to say about it I’m taking my vacation week from work. And I thought about wearing a toboggan out the whole time even if it was 90 degrees it’s really embarrassing and for someone to sit there and say they have a license in cutting hair and to do a job like they did oh my God I would pick a different profession . I would not recommend this place to no one unless your getting a buzz cut then have at it .

I went into the Florence store today and was greatly surprised that the entire amazing team that use to be there was gone. Come to find out they all went to the Hebron store. When I walked into the Florence store, I was barely acknowledged and had reserved an appointment online. Waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time for my son to get his haircut. The stylist didn’t even say hello either. The music playing was heavy metal, everyone was dressed gothic and nobody smiled. They kept yelling from the front room to the Alexa in the back room to change to the next song. The stylist after complaining a simple boys haircut taking an hour didn’t even say goodbye, thank you or anything. I did tip, because that is the person that I am, but absolutely won’t be back. This was the most negative environment that I have ever been in to get a service done.
