Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm. I arrived and the the stylist said that she had someone already booked for that same time. How can you book two people for the same time when you know that you only have one stylist working? You had my phone number, you could have at least called me before I wasted my time and drove across town for an appointment that apparently didn’t exist.

I do not understand all the bad reviews except for the fact that most people do not review unless they are unhappy. I have gone here for years. Tiffany cuts my hair and does a great job. I have had other stylist as well and never a complaint here. I like the fact they are fast and I do not have to make an appointment!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for several years. Most of the stylists that work there do a great job with my hair. I’ve only left a couple of times with a hair cut I wasn’t overly happy with. My only complaint I really have about this location is their busy hours of the day. I have waited as long as an hour and a half to get a cut when I’ve gone in during the late afternoon. Usually wait times are under half an hour though.

Angela did a number on my eyebrows! I get married Friday. Sure I should have paid the extra and gone to a legit professional but my soon to be husband and son were getting their haircut I figured they went to school for this I’ll be fine but boy was I wrong! The whole time she was messing my brows up she was wine and dining me about how everyone loves her work yada yada and then when finished jacking them up has the audacity to tell me its my “lucky day” she isn’t gonna charge me! Ummmmm wow. She ruined them so bad I was in tears. I was told a manager would call me but I’ve yet to hear from one. Not that they can bring my eyebrows back but geez what kind of establishment is this?
