I came here couple of years ago and when I did they were nice but one of my sisters had lice in her hair and they were disgusted and one of the customers there started saying stuff that made her felt horrible when she came home. Over all the worker was nice and she didn’t say anything rude or disrespectful. I would recommend coming again by myself and see. But thank you for confronting me about it.

Katlyn is amazing, my hair was a mess and she fixed it, having short and thin hair is very hard to make it look good and she did a great job, and the hair style and highlights were done so great that I feel more confident for my wedding day. I called first and the lady said come in so I did. I was greeted by a grumpy bossy woman who did cut my hair and it is what I asked for except that the right side is one inch longe than the left side and the edges are chunky. She began commanding me like as if I were a monkey even before I sat in the chair. The entire time she gave me commands with a stern voice and a frown. She was argumentative and rude.. As if I didn’t know how to control myself in her presence. Was a very negative visit to the hair salon. I feel certain I will never let her touch me again. UPDATE: Owner was in touch with me and was very understanding and willing to fix the problem. She assigned me to VINCENE, Another stylist in the store. Vincene evened both sides of my hair and showed me how to style using spray mouse.

I would have expected the pricing to be higher for how great the service was and how wonderful the end results were. My hairstylist, Raya, was amazing in every way. She was very nice and did a beautiful job on my hair.
