After the last three visits I still have long hairs that were missed each time. I don’t complain, I actually tip the technicians (just because). I’d rather find a new place with convenient parking options or learn to do it for myself. I used to go to a different place in Randolph, but she’s always fully booked. A full Brazilian, lower belly & underarms is over $100… there shouldn’t be any long hairs left behind afterwards.

I absolutely love coming here. Sugaring is so much better for my skin and I adore the results. The all inclusive vagacial is so fun and relaxing. Best part about this place is the customer service. I had Brazilian sugaring done here several times and didn’t realize how much it hurt until I tried a different shop for the same service. The Brazilian wax is scheduled for 25 minutes and each time, it was completed in 10-15 minutes, was very painful, and there is zero customer service in their office space (odd for a Newbury St. store!). I probably would have continued going to Sugaring NYC Boston if Elisa hadn’t moved away this summer, but I’m happy to have found a different place for this service now.

genet is absolutely wonderful: little pain, very sociable, gives tips about after-care… my experience with elisa was unfortunately awful: she was rude, took only about 3 min compared to the usual 20-25, I had pain for an entire 24 hrs after and was red as well, and now have over 20 ingrowns; manager was very nice when I called as I just wanted to let her know of the issue but she was very nice

I went in for a Brazilian and full leg. The Brazilian went fine but the technician that did my legs first told me that it wasn’t worth doing the tops of my thighs because the hair wouldn’t be long enough, but still charged me for the full leg. To make matters worse, I noticed two strips down the sides of both legs that the technician failed to wax as well as patches on both knees. After spending $140 pre-tip, I ended up needing a full leg strip wax to fix the mistakes. Won’t be back.
