Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI always cut my ends at supercuts and the hairdressers have always been welcoming and I usually have a great experience. I usually schedule an appointment but at the times I go it’s not too full and if you’re a little patient they do take walk-ins. I’ve had good outcomes overall. However, my last experience was my first time at the Coral Gables location, and although my hairdresser was nice, she detangled my wet hair roughly, not to the point that it was painful, but it definitely broke my thin hair strands. I didn’t say anything then, but I regretted later, because I have been very careful with my hair since I started growing it. So I am leaving my comment now. Don’t be like me, make sure to voice anything that bothers you. I always cut my ends at supercuts and the hairdressers have always been welcoming and I usually have a great experience. I usually schedule an appointment but at the times I go it’s not too full and if you’re a little patient they do take walk-ins. I’ve had good outcomes overall. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst service ever, the cuban lady that cutted my sons hair was so extreamly unprofessional that I wonder if she even has a license to cut hair, gave all kind of excuse for her terrible and sloppy work, if I could give this lady minus 5 stars that would be to nice, never come to this terrible place, they should have paid me for the terrible job they did to my son. The worst service ever, the cuban lady that cutted my sons hair was so extreamly unprofessional that I wonder if she even has a license to cut hair, gave all kind of excuse for her terrible and sloppy work, if I could give this lady minus 5 stars that would be to nice, never come to this terrible place, they should have paid me for the terrible job they did to my son.
