The booking process online was easy and they had staff available at times that suited me which is always a plus when juggling a family and needing to book last minute. It was quite busy considering it is their first week open (about 6 people in the massage rooms and in the big open space). Staff and customers were well spaced, masked and the doors were open with a lovely breeze coming in. Facilities are all brand new, which is such a luxury for a massage place that can smell greasy after some use. Everything felt very clean. I tried out this new foot massage place in Foster City this week, next to my local Lucky. The booking process online was easy and they had staff available at times that suited me which is always a plus when juggling a family and needing to book last minute. It was quite busy considering it is their first week open (about 6 people in the massage rooms and in the big open space). Staff and customers were well spaced, masked and the doors were open with a lovely breeze coming in. Great experience with a thorough and considerate therapist. Clean and overall very peaceful too. Just wish I was aware of the jackhammering beforehand. The noise was stressful and disruptive. I probably would have scheduled my appointment to avoid the noise if the situation was communicated to me beforehand.
