I just moved here and needed a cut ASAP, I went in this morning and got my hair trimmed up. It looked ok at first but my hair was still wet, she didn’t blow dry or style or even brush the cut hair off of me. She sent me out of there with hair all over my face, neck and shirt and with wet hair. And i have NEVER been to a salon where they dont clean you up or dry your hair and do some sort of style. I get home n blow dry it and try to style it and yall my hair looks totally different depending on which side I flip it to. I’m so upset cuz this is some BULL!!! She was rushing it seemed like cuz she only had me in the chair for 10 minutes MAYBE. And on the sides where its shaved, she didnt even finish shaving it properly there are long pieces everywhere! Bit i cant upload a 3rd picture of that for some reason but i will never be back!

The lady that did my daughter’s haircut did a fine job. But she was not engaging at all. I dont think she said 5 words to my daughter or myself. It could have been alot better experience. Maybe next time. If we go back.

Was charged an extra$25 bc my daughter in-law has long hair. She received a keratin treatment. Blow dry is supposed to be part of the service! They didn’t even have a price list out. The stylist Lisa was great.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely worse customer service experience. Checked in online and followed up with a phone call. The lady over the phone said come on in we will take you. When I arrived the 2 ladies were very rude, talked down to me, wouldn’t seat me, and claimed they were busy. There was no one in the waiting area, and it was 6 hours before closing.

I Went in at 10 am upon opening, I walked in and said good morning and the rude worker didn’t acknowledge it, just walked right by me to put her sign outside. Then when cutting my 6 year olds hair, she was extremely rough, didn’t talk to him one bit, and hurt him a number of times. My wife then gets her hair cut next and the lady didn’t even cut her hair even. Front was off by at least 2 inches. She seemed rushed from the beginning to the end. My sons hair is awfully cut as well, I could’ve done a better job than her. Overall awful experience and if I could give no stars I would. This was 7/13/21 at 10am. One stylist. On a weekend. Line practically out the door because there are only four chairs in the waiting room. Stood outside long past my scheduled appointment time before finally having to give up and leave because who can spend 2 hours waiting on a haircut.
