This place is pretty okay. The stylist did a great job on my hair the first and second time I came here, although they arrived late to the salon both times. The third time I came, there was a mistake with the scheduling and I ended up being passed off to a different stylist than the one I’d requested. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable, but I wouldn’t have even known what happened if I hadn’t asked after overhearing them talk about it. They genuinely just talked about it with each other and then tried to pass me off, no explanation or apology or anything until I asked if there was a mix up. They do a good job here, but seem pretty unreliable. I probably will be going to a different salon going forward.

I have come here twice just wanting a high and tight. 8 on top 2 on the sides. Both times now they have completely skipped my side burns and left my head looking patchy from the lack of time put into it. That’s $68 for 2 haircuts down the drain. And now I need to go get my hair redone by a professional so I don’t look like chupacabra victim .

My daughter went in to have her hair cut and came home crying. They lady that cut her hair was not listening to what my daughter wanted didn’t know how to cut a curtain bang properly and her hair was uneven and her layers were just wrong. I ended up having to pay someone else to to fix her hair. My suggestion if you go in don’t let Ana touch your hair.

Several years ago a weed eater would have done a better job than a Perfect Look hairdresser. However, since Katrina joined the staff and became the manager, she cranks out consistently well cut styles. My hair is full of cowlicks and hard to cut. No problem for her. She understands hair. I get compliments on my haircut at least 3 or 4 times a month. When I say I get it cut at Molalla perfect look they look blown away…..but my hair doesn’t
